We offer trained Mediators with decades of experience resolving conflict. The mediator provides a structure and facilitations discussion to help the parties find a way forward., towards a resolution and an agreement about future behaviours. It is a process by which the parties with a dispute seek agreement between themselves with the help of mediator, who is an impartial third party.    The aim of mediation is for a win/win outcome.  

We have trained and experienced mentors who are available to mentor individuals on a wide range of issues and areas, from career development to well-being and resilience.  including Executive Mentoring sessions.

Our executive director is a chartered manager at CMgr MCMI is Undertaking a Master's in EDI and has thirty years of experience in the Fire and rescue service, cultural reform priorities, and education. We also have associates with extensive experience in equality, diversity, inclusion, and organisational development. We can plan and assist with your organisations cultural reform.

we offer sessions for staff after critical incidents where they have encountered unexpected stressful events. Groups need to be no more than 6, this enables meaningful engagement during the sessions.
